4 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
Provide final timeline & floor plan to all vendors
REHEARSAL & WEDDING DAY
1 hour for coordination of rehearsal
12 hours on wedding day for Lead Planner + Assistant
Cue & assist vendors, wedding party and couple to keep timeline moving forward through setup, ceremony, and reception
Oversee set-up according to couple specifications
Setup + breakdown of all personal ceremony + reception decor (tables, chairs + place settings not included)
Distribution of final payments & gratuities
Loading of gifts and personal items into designated space/vehicles
Oversee breakdown/clean up of event to meet venue requirements
