Every couple is unique, and our planning + design approach is the same. Some couples want to work beside us, letting us guide them through the process, working together along the way. Other couples want to leave everything into our hands. Heritage West Design offers 3 packages, Month of Event Management, Partial Planning + Design & Full Planning + Design. With each package we offer, our goal remains the same: allow you to be present in the moment. We work with you to identify your priorities, match you with choice vendors who align with those priorities so everything fits together as it should. Details and logistics are our love language and we can’t wait to show them to you.
EVENT MANAGEMENT + MONTH OF COORDINATION

Ideal for couples who want do be in charge of their own wedding design and has the time to plan out all the details leading up to the final 6-8 weeks before their special day. Heritage West will collaborate with you and provide day of event management. We will help get your team of vendors on the same page and button up any loose ends to truly create memorable event.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN

Never worry about if the place settings are set out just the way you planned. We’ll take care of all of the behind the scenes details so you can be present in your moment. The partial planning package begins 12-24 weeks out from your wedding day and includes comprehensive agenda planning, unlimited consultation via email as well as full day of service from setup to breakdown.

This is for my clients that have all the pieces of their vision but aren’t sure how to pull it all together. Heritage West Design will work with you to take all your wedding elements and bring them together with a design board and add your and your fiancé’s personal touch to reflect a truly unique to you experience! This service is available as a single service or add on.

We'll start by determining your guest count and priorities. Then, we'll create a budget based on what's most important to you. With a clear understanding of what you have to spend, we'll help you select key vendors and make big decisions confidently. And because we'll regularly monitor and manage your budget, you can be sure there won't be any costly surprises along the way.
ONLINE PLANNING PLATFORM
We’ll help you stay informed and organized while keeping track of your vendors, checklists, and to-dos. With one online hub for planning and communication, you can access your planning details anytime. And you'll know with full confidence -even from afar- that we're behind the scenes taking care of everything.

DESIGN BOARD
By communicating your desires and needs and knowing the right questions to ask, we'll handpick vendors to match your style, personality, and budget. And because we'll be the main point of contact, we'll save you hundreds of emails and headaches along the way. We put a lot of thought and intention into the vendors we choose to recommend to you, and have long-standing relationships with some of the best in Nashville.
VENDOR SELECTION
Visualize the desired look and feel of your wedding with a custom design board created just for you. With personal and unique ideas for florals, decor, and design elements such as lighting and draping, you'll better understand and communicate what you want. And we can easily share your ideas with your design vendors- ensuring everyone is on the same page.
03 PHASE THREE
the DETAILS
TELL ME THE DETAILS
Fully enjoy your day knowing we'll be there to make sure things are running on time and according to plan. As the first to arrive and the last to leave, our team will be your eyes, ears, and advocates from start to finish. We'll communicate with all of your vendors and oversee every detail, taking care of any hiccups or challenges that may arise so that you and yours can relax and be truly present on one of the most important days of your life.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Once your guest count is confirmed, we'll begin to wrap up all of the miscellaneous–yet necessary–details. And we'll update and finalize your layout, seating charts, and day-of timeline. We'll thoroughly pull all of the details and logistics together and communicate the plan to everyone involved- ensuring every aspect of your wedding runs smoothly and efficiently.
