Every couple is unique, and our planning + design approach is the same. Some couples want to work beside us, letting us guide them through the process, working together along the way. Other couples want to leave everything into our hands. Heritage West Design offers 3 packages, Month of Event Management, Partial Planning + Design & Full Planning + Design. With each package we offer, our goal remains the same: allow you to be present in the moment. We work with you to identify your priorities, match you with choice vendors who align with those priorities so everything fits together as it should. EVENT MANAGEMENT + MONTH OF COORDINATION

Ideal for couples who want do be in charge of their own wedding design and has the time to plan out all the details leading up to the final 6-8 weeks before their special day. Heritage West will collaborate with you and provide day of event management. We will help get your team of vendors on the same page and button up any loose ends to truly create memorable event.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN

Never worry about if the place settings are set out just the way you planned. We’ll take care of all of the behind the scenes details so you can be present in your moment. The partial planning package begins 12-24 weeks out from your wedding day and includes comprehensive agenda planning, unlimited consultation via email as well as full day of service from setup to breakdown.

Heritage West Design will work with you to take all your wedding elements and bring them together with a design board and add your and your fiancé’s personal touch to reflect a truly unique to you experience! This service is available as a single service or add on.

Make it a wedding weekend experience! Need help planning your rehearsal dinner or morning-after brunch? We are happy to provide our services for any bonus event in addition to your wedding.

VENDOR SELECTION
Visualize the desired look and feel of your wedding with a custom design board created just for you. With personal and unique ideas for florals, decor, and design elements such as lighting and draping, you'll better understand and communicate what you want. And we can easily share your ideas with your design vendors- ensuring everyone is on the same page.

TELL ME THE DETAILS
Fully enjoy your day knowing we'll be there to make sure things are running on time and according to plan. As the first to arrive and the last to leave, our team will be your eyes, ears, and advocates from start to finish. We'll communicate with all of your vendors and oversee every detail, taking care of any hiccups or challenges that may arise so that you and yours can relax and be truly present on one of the most important days of your life.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Once your guest count is confirmed, we'll begin to wrap up all of the miscellaneous–yet necessary–details. And we'll update and finalize your layout, seating charts, and day-of timeline. We'll thoroughly pull all of the details and logistics together and communicate the plan to everyone involved- ensuring every aspect of your wedding runs smoothly and efficiently.
